Welcome Parents!
The AWANA ministry is centered on the Word of God. Our AWANA leaders are here to help your clubber grow spiritually. Club directors or leaders are happy to answer any questions you may have about club or your child's handbook requirements.
SIGNING IN – Kidz World (3rd - 6th upstairs, Cubbies /Sparks downstairs)
Each clubber must sign in with his/her Club Leader between 5:45 - 5:55 p.m. to be ready for flag ceremony at 6:00 p.m. SHARP. Being ON TIME each week will help us stay on schedule. We say the Pledge to the American Flag, the Awana Flag, and the Bible.
- Pledge to the AWANA Flag: I pledge allegiance to the AWANA flag, which stands for the AWANA clubs, whose goal is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ, and train them to serve Him.
· Pledge to the Bible: I pledge allegiance to the bible, God's Holy Word. I will make it a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. I will hide its words in my heart that I might not sin against God.
CLUBBER PICKUP -
All Clubbers will need to be picked up in the designated club areas: (club ends at 7:30)
· Cubbies: (Main area downstairs Kidz World)
· Sparks: (Main area downstairs Kidz World)
· 3rd-6th grade: * (Kidz World Upstairs Activity Center)
- All Clubbers must be picked up by an adult 18 years or older and listed on Registration form. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
DRESS CODE -
For safety during Game Time and for modesty, clubbers MUST WEAR:
1. Shorts (if weather permits) or long pants or jeans
2. Tennis or soft-soled shoes: lace-up or velcro
3. Uniform when earned (awards will only be presented when clubber is in uniform)
The following items SHOULD NOT be worn, due to danger while playing games.
1. NO: Dangling earrings or other jewelry that could cause injury during game time
2. NO: Open-toe shoes
